FAQs and TIPS

• Tip: If you have not received an email with next steps to finish setting up your account, you can also go to https://app.herocultureapp.com/heroculture and set up your account online.

(Important: Use the same email for your app login and subscription. It is also case sensitive!)

• Tip: Many questions on how to use the app can be answered by going through the tutorial. You can revisit it at any time. The tutorial can be found in Settings.

• Tip: To get the most out of the app, we highly recommend following “The Hero Program”. You can find a copy of that in the app’s side menu and here.

• Tip: If you are running into any issues, you can submit a report. (Settings>Help>Report A Problem)

• Tip: The ID# at the top of the side menu is your referral code. You can use a referral code to find someone in the “List of Heroes” search bar.

• Tip: Tap on “Hero List” to create your daily Hero List if you haven’t already.

• Tip: Your Gratitude List is a continual list that you can keep adding things you are thankful for. (It is great to look back at and the more you add, the more it helps!)
