#31 Just Be Less Wrong (3/23/2023)
"The goal isn't to be absolutely right. It's to be less wrong than you are now."- Alex Hormozi
In the context of getting to where you want to be in life, you don't have to know the exact best way or what an expert would do if he/she had to start over at the beginning.
The best thing you can do is simply get started in that direction.
Learn as you go.
Think about someone who has what you want. What is one thing they do that probably contributes to them having the thing you want?
Now do that thing.
It doesn't have to be pretty or perfect, it just has to be done.
Then keep doing it because results almost never show up immediately.
As you continue to do this thing over time, you will get better at it, build up new perspectives that serve you, and find more things that you can do in addition to multiply your progress.
You learn so much by doing.
You gain nothing from never starting.
It's better to be "less wrong" by trying to do something that gets you towards you goals, than just sitting still, searching for the "absolutely right" way to get there.
